Chargers Outfitters Rewards Lucky Customers with Free Passes to Ironman 3 Special Screening
Kuala Lumpur, Sunday, April 29, 2013 – Chargers Outfitters, a leading casual wear brand in Malaysia, recently launched its Ironman 3 Special Collection based on the iconic characters of Marvel comics in conjunction with the release of the blockbuster movie of the same title here. The collection was launched with a fashion preview together with the special screening of the Ironman 3 movie at the Premier Class of GSC Signature, The Gardens Mid Valley Megamall Kuala Lumpur.
According to the Niki Leng, Branding and Marketing Communications Manager of Jordone Corporation Sendirian Berhad, Chargers Outfitters was very excited to launch its limited edition of Ironman 3 collection in conjunction with the release of the new movie instalment in Malaysia. This limited edition is created as a tribute to the iconic superhero Ironman, who is popular among the young generation.
“We’re very excited to launch the Ironman 3 Special Collection as the superhero’s character epitomizes Chargers Outfitters’ brand concept, young, energetic and dare to be yourself. Besides, Ironman is also popular among the young generation. As a brand created for the young generation in mind, we’re taking this opportunity to pay tribute to the iconic superhero,” said Leng.
Ten lucky and loyal customers of Chargers Outfitters that were selected through a contest on Facebook were invited to the launch and special movie screening of Ironman 3. All invited guests were offered the opportunity to preview the exciting special collection of Ironman 3 before the movie screening at the launch.
This limited edition of apparel was created based on the main iconic characters such as the superhero Ironman himself, War Machine, Iron Patriot, and Mandarin, who is the super villain of the movie. The collection includes round neck t-shirts with graphic prints of the characters, polo tees, short pants, and jackets in bright and bold colours like yellow, red and black. They are also available in basic tones likes grey, white and blue.
She further explained that Chargers Outfitters is always evolving and improving to be in tune with the young generation. This is another activity from Chargers Outfitters to engage with consumers and rewarding them for their continuous support to the brand.
“We are always evolving and in tune with the new generation. What they like and how they think are very important to us. We are not afraid to change. But yet, we still hold true to our belief that is ‘we are what we are’,” Leng added.
